Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for the post of ACIO-II/Tech must have a Graduate or Master’s degree in relevant fields. For engineering, candidates should have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical & Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
Age Limit
The age limit for the post of ACIO-II/Tech is 18 to 27 years as of 16th November 2025. Age relaxation is provided for certain categories.

Intelligence Bureau ACIO-II/Tech Salary 2025
The selected candidates for ACIO-II/Tech will receive a pay scale of ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400 under Level 7 of the pay matrix. Candidates may also receive cash compensation for work done on holidays, up to a maximum of 30 days.
