In every State and Union Territory of India, land records are now available online. Through the Land Records or RoR portals, citizens can easily view important details such as land ownership, plot number, khatian/khata number, type of land, crop information, owner’s name, and land maps.
Previously, these records could only be accessed by visiting government offices, but now they can be downloaded directly by visiting the respective state website and entering basic details. This online system is very useful for land purchase, sale, bank loans, legal verification, and other official purposes.
You can now easily know your property details, including the names of landowners and full records. Install the free app to:
- View and download copies of property records.
- Save the records as PDF.
- Print the documents.
- Save directly to Drive and access them anywhere.
This Land Records platform includes all states with GPS-based area mapping and technical details. Users can check their land status through a single link provided by the Government of India under the Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP).

About DILRMP
To modernize the land record system across the country, the National Land Records Modernization Programme (NLRMP)—now renamed Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP)—was created by merging:
- Computerization of Land Records (CLR)
- Strengthening of Revenue Administration & Updating of Land Records (SRA & ULR)
The programme was approved by the Cabinet on 21 August 2008. It was launched with a technical workshop held on 24–25 September 2008 in New Delhi, attended by officers from the Revenue and Registration Departments of various states.
The ultimate goal of the programme is to establish a conclusive land titling system with title guarantee, replacing the current presumptive land title system.
Land Records — All States
Bhulekh – All Land Record is a digital portal launched by State Revenue Councils. Before this system, records such as Khatauni, Jamabandi, etc., were maintained manually on paper.
This app serves as a guide to search land records for all states. Users can also find brief information on:
- State Bhunaksha
- State Land Records
- State Stamp Registration
- Lagan/Tax Details
