NPCIL has released its detailed advertisement under Notification No. NPCIL/HQ/HRM/2025/03. The online registration process has already started from 7th November 2025 (10:00 AM) and will continue till 27th November 2025 (5:00 PM). The recruitment is being conducted for several managerial posts and one translator post. It includes Deputy Manager (HR, Finance & Accounts, Contracts & Materials Management, Legal) and Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) positions. In total, NPCIL has announced 112 current vacancies and 10 backlog vacancies, making it a total of 122 posts across India.

Eligibility Criteria for NPCIL Recruitment
For Deputy Manager (HR): Candidates must have a graduation degree with at least 60% marks and a full-time two-year MBA, PG Degree, or Diploma in HR/HRM/HRD/Personnel Management/Labour Welfare/Social Welfare.
For Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts): Graduation with 60% marks and a two-year full-time MBA or PG Degree in Finance, or professional qualifications like CA, CMA, or CFA.
For Deputy Manager (C&MM): Engineering degree plus two-year MBA or PG qualification in Materials Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields.
For Deputy Manager (Legal): Full-time LLB with minimum 60% marks and registration with the Bar Council, plus 3 years of experience in legal practice or corporate law.
For Junior Hindi Translator (JHT): Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with the other subject as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level, along with a Diploma or Certificate in translation or 2 years of translation experience in any government office.

Age Limit and Relaxation
- For Deputy Manager posts: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on 27 November 2025.
- For Junior Hindi Translator: Minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years.
Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules – 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and 10 to 15 years for PwBD candidates, depending on their category. Ex-servicemen and dependents of defense personnel killed in action will also get relaxation as per the official notification.
Application Process
The application process is completely online. Candidates must visit the official NPCIL career portal (www.npcilcareers.co.in) and register by providing basic information. After registration, they have to upload their photograph, signature, and educational details before submitting the form.
Application fees are:
- ₹500 for Deputy Manager posts (General, EWS, OBC males)
- ₹150 for Junior Hindi Translator posts
- SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and Female candidates are exempted from fees.

Salary Details
NPCIL offers attractive salary packages as per the 7th Pay Commission.
- Deputy Manager – Pay Level 10, ₹56,100 + DA (55%) = approx. ₹86,955 per month.
- Junior Hindi Translator – Pay Level 6, ₹35,400 + DA (55%) = approx. ₹54,870 per month.
Additional benefits include transport allowance, housing or HRA, medical facilities, provident fund, performance incentives, and pension scheme.

Selection Process
The selection process will have two stages:
- For Deputy Manager: Online Test followed by Personal Interview.
- For Junior Hindi Translator: Preliminary Test and Advanced Test (both written).
Final merit will be prepared based on the marks obtained in both stages. The online test will be held in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.
